Who is this Fundraiser for? Unlike other fundraisers WSF hosts throughout the year, which benefit our general fund to be used all around the school, Glow Fest funds will go DIRECTLY to your student's classroom. That means your donations will help fund field trips, classroom libraries, STEAM equipment, and more!

What is Glow Fest? Glow Fest is the celebration event that concludes our fundraising period! Think awesome music, glow in the dark activities, and blacklight fun for the whole school!

Where will the Glow Fest Event Be? Right on campus on November 13th, from 5pm to 8pm!

Why do we do this? This fundraiser is one of the easiest and best ways to contribute to an enriching school experience for your student! Over the years, WSF has seen your donations fund new math manipulatives, buses for field trips, reptile exhibits in the classroom, new science equipment, cozy seating for reading corners, expanded classroom libraries and SO MUCH MORE!

How Does it All Work? This year, we are Rally Up's fundraising platform for easy tracking of all donations! This makes it easy to see which classes are leading the race toward the coveted classroom prizes, as well as how much your child has raised for their classroom! We've been working hard to make a shirt that will be the HIGHLIGHT of Glow Fest this year! Featuring an awesome Glow Fest logo and glow in the dark ink, this shirt can be yours with just $60 in donations! Sizes will be first come first served, and once the order is in, we will NOT be placing another! Earn yours before October 23rd to guarantee your size!

Class and School Participation Prizes!

For every class in which 90% of the students raise at least $20 in donations WSF will throw you a popcorn party!
For every class in which 100% of the students raise at least $20 AND reaches their classroom goal, Mrs. Duran or Mrs. Grant will take over FIVE of your teachers recess duties!
And if 80% of the entire school donates at least $20, Ms. Duran and Ms. Grant will dress up as human pinatas to deliver treats to students all around school in a fun and unconventional way!
