Unlike many youth drama programs, WSF does not charge a fee to participate or for costumes.  Our program and every aspect of it is entirely funded through the purchase of tickets, Well Wishes, concessions, and corporate sponsorship.  Each production costs approximately $6,000 to stage and that does not include any upgrades to existing equipment.  This year, we’d love to be able to improve the overall sound of our productions but it definitely takes money.

 

If you or someone you know owns a local business, we’d love to offer you advertising space in our program. We’ve also developed sponsorship tiers this year so that you have more opportunity for recognition of your support!

 

Bronze Sponsor:  $50

• 1/4 page ad in the program
• Business name listed in a special Drama Program Sponsor box on the WSF website homepage.

Silver Sponsor:  $100

• 1/4 page ad in the program
• Announced on Facebook & What’s App at the time of sponsorship
• Business name listed in a special Drama Program Sponsor box on the WSF website homepage.

Gold Sponsor:  $250

• 1/2 page ad in the program
• Announced on Facebook & What’s App at the time of sponsorship and at least twice during the two weeks prior to the shows.
• Small logo in a special Drama Program Sponsor box on the WSF website homepage.

Platinum Sponsor:  $500

• Full page ad in the program
• Weekly shoutouts on Facebook & What’s App from the time of sponsorship through the shows.
• Sponsorship announced to WSF mailing list in a special announcement and in the March newsletter.
• Thanked at the beginning of each show during announcements.
• Larger, clickable logo in a special Drama Program Sponsor box on the WSF website homepage.
• Two complimentary tickets to the show of your choosing with reserved seating.
