2025-2026 Request for Support

Instructions:

  • Please fill out completely with a description of the reimbursement or purchase request and breakdown of expenses.
  • Attach up to ten (10) files/pictures/scans of all receipts and supporting documentation.
  • A receipt of your submitted request will be e-mailed to you (please keep for your records).

WSF General Fund Requests:  Please note that all requests of the WSF General Fund must receive approval from WSF.  Unless the purchase is urgent, it will be presented at the next scheduled WSF General Meeting for review and voted on by the any WSF Members in attendance, including staff.

If a purchase is urgent and the next WSF General Meeting is after the date needed, the request will be voted on by the WSF Executive Board Members, including the WSF Teacher Representatives and Principal.

This is only applicable if you are requesting a reimbursement for a purchase you’ve already made from your personal account.
